Common questions
Is there a contract?
No. Family plans are monthly or a single 12‑month payment; professional seats are billed monthly in advance. Cancel any time and access runs to the end of the paid period.
What do families pay?
A 7‑day free trial with a card on file, then $39 per person per month while your matter is open, or $349 for 12 months. Afterwards, co‑parenting is $79 per parent per year, plus $49 per parent per year if you also keep your connected accounts and financial picture. A professional’s invitation never changes your price, and you are never billed for their seat.
Can we still work with our attorney or mediator after the divorce?
Yes. On the co‑parenting plan you can keep or invite any professional (attorney, mediator, counselor, financial expert) as questions come up; they work from their own seat. If something becomes a formal matter again, step up to the monthly plan for as long as it takes, then step back down. Nothing you built is lost in between.
How are payments handled?
By an established payment processor. TapIn does not store card numbers. Receipts arrive by email. Details, taxes and refunds are in Billing & cancellation.
